Southwest Baptist University
About
Southwest Baptist University is a Christ-centered, caring academic community preparing students to be servant leaders in a global society. SBU offers education degrees on the residential campus in Bolivar, as well as the Mountain View and Salem campuses. Education degree programs include elementary, middle and secondary education, including degrees in global education for elementary and middle school.
Global service and mission projects allow you to share your faith and develop as a servant leader. Experience a vibrant campus life within a close-knit community, which is perfect for getting involved and developing lifelong friendships.
SBU gave me a broader understanding of mathematics that re-established for me that it is so important that the foundations are well-grasped by students so that they are comfortable enough with the basics should they need to build on them later.
