Maryville University is a nationally recognized private institution whose mission is to offer a quality education focused on student learning, outcomes and success. This education is built upon an innovative liberal arts foundation leading to compelling programs that prepare students for a life of engagement and achievement.  

The university has developed a strategic vision to be an innovative leader in higher education promoting learning that expands access and opportunities for all. The average class size is fifteen students.

Maryville is known for its value; ranking in the top ten percent of all major universities in the nation for the economic value of its degrees. The university hopes to maintain this status by decreasing the cost of tuition by twenty percent over the next five years. Maryville is also an Apple Distinguished School.  The university has been recognized for its Digital World program, which gives students the opportunity to personalize their education in an enhanced technology environment.

The program at Maryville is small but mighty! All the professors know me by name and treat me as if I am family-- probably because we are family! Also, I have had the same classes with mainly the same group of individuals, so they have become a part of my family too. In essence, I would say that the education program at Maryville is just one big family! #OTOF
