The Avila University School of Education graduates are well prepared to impact a changing world immediately. Their program focuses on content knowledge, research-based teaching, and practical applications through clinical and field-based experiences. Over the past ten years, an average of 95% of Avila education graduates were hired immediately and are currently working in local school districts.

Avila University was founded and inspired by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, and their 100+ year history with the University can still be felt across the 60-acre campus.
